Wonderful staff & service
This is the worse place I have ever been. I had to spend 400 to repair my car and during 3 weeks I went 5 times to try to resolve everything as soon as posible, but they were allways with very bad manners and very unpolite and not willing to help you at all. They don't care at all about the Customer as you can see in all the reviews that are here. Finally I went to Renault Areeiro and they resolved everything on the same day, very friendly and cheaper. Don't waste your time in this Renault , go somewhere else.

É de lamentar o serviço de receção deste stand. 2 horas para entregar uma viatura para efetuar simples revisão anual.
Excelente serviço... Já recorri tanto à secção de sinistro como para revisão e fui sempre muito bem atendido, e as minhas dúvidas foram sempre exclarecidas.
Por enquanto estão se a portar bem com a aquisição do carro que comprei lá esperemos que continue assim
